Iniscient defines an organization through two sets. On the one hand, a few tens of characteristics, such as its number of employees or its income, and on the other hand, several tens of thousands of regulatory requirements or « critical points » applicable to its domain of activity. The critical points are placed in a space where their distances are inversely proportional to their similarities. Thus, when Iniscient confronts the critical points with its repertoire of 250+ deviation modes, its algorithms are able to calculate the destabilization of each critical point taking into account the surrounding disturbance created by neighboring destabilizations.
The documents developed by the organization to meet regulatory requirements are automatically analyzed by Iniscient in order to assess, for each, the stabilizing effects but also the cost and constraint of implementation and maintenance over time. The analyzed data is integrated into the calculation of the destabilization of critical points. Thus, Iniscient is able to define which regulatory requirements are not addressed by the organization and to classify documents according to their cost, their constraint and their stabilizing effects on the critical points. In addition, the system identifies the axes of improvement offering the best return on investment while taking into account the priorities of the organization.

You prepare the Documented Organizational System (the documents developed by your organization to meet regulatory requirements). This is a folder containing a collection of .pdf files.
2. Iniscient Parser
You run Iniscient Parser with the DOS as input. You get the parsed documents as output.
3. Parsed documents
This is a folder containing a collection of encrypted .data files. This folder does contain text from the DOS.
4. Iniscient Analyzer
You run Iniscient Analyzer with the parsed documents as input. You get the parsed documents trace as output.
5. Parsed documents trace
This is a folder containing a collection of encrypted .data files. This folder does not contain text from the DOS.
6. Organization parameters
We prepare with you a file containing the characteristics of the organization (number of employees, income, etc.).
7. Referentials
We prepare with you a file listing the standards (21 CFR Part 211, ICH Q7, etc.) that your organization must comply with.
8. Iniscient Calculator
We run Iniscient Calculator with the parsed documents trace, the organization parameters and the referentials as input. We get the raw results as output.
9. Raw results
The raw results are thoroughly examined by one of our experts who draws up a situation report.
